It was more of the same “Here’s how you use the screens on LinkedIn”….  “Let me tell you some tips and tricks.” …. “Here are some little known and little used features.” Meanwhile, my profile needed work and my headline needed to get more attention. Let alone using the tool effectively EVERYDAY. New and experienced LinkedIn users need to apply strategy & a plan when using 'social media’. That’s why I’ve developed a series of learning sessions for all LinkedIn skill levels to: improve your online profile (i.e., What do people 'see' when they read your profile?), learn which LinkedIn features have the greatest payback (e.g., What's more important connections or recommendations?), have a strategic plan to use LinkedIn everyday (i.e., replace current 'online activity' with social media impact thinking while using LinkedIn).
